Sometimes a pet just doesn't work out for a family for one reason or another... and that's ok, nobody's perfect! Don't feel bad if you have to find a pet a new home... just make SURE you find them a good home! We loved you guys while you were with us and we will always remember you...

Freebie, an orange-and-white kitten sitting in a grocery cart with his littermates outside Petsmart where we had taken the dogs to get their pictures taken with Santa… and ended up coming home with us. Unfortunately he got carried away hunting birds…
Salt and Pepper, Sugar and Spice – we enjoyed listening to these parakeets sing! Clyde, Wicket and Sunny – 3 cockatiels we also enjoyed for a while. Clyde was a biter but Wicket would very carefully take the tiniest seed from the fingers of a small child… Lindsey’s first “chore” was vacuuming around the bird cages every day after school – they got seeds and feathers EVERYWHERE!
Sandy (terrier mix) who came from a no-kill dog shelter to be Ribbon’s buddy, but had to find a new home when she turned out to be dangerous for the chickens...
